A group of students from a school in Bushey impressed the judges with their business idea as they were rewarded Best Company. For the second year in a row, an Immanuel College Young Enterprise team will be representing Hertfordshire in the East of England Finals, to be held at the University of Cambridge on Thursday June 16. Textilia was named Best Company 2016 at the Hertfordshire Finals held at the University of Hertfordshire on the evening of Wednesday, April 27, picking up the Best Innovation Award along the way too. Packit, also a Watford finalist, collected the Best Presentation award and narrowly missed out on joining Textilia at the Cambridge event. A spokesperson from Immanuel College said: “Both teams did the College proud; their trade stands and presentations received very favourable comments from the judges and they were the most smartly attired of the teams by far. “We look forward to reporting on Textilia’s performance at the Cambridge finals in June and wish them every success there.”
