STILL GOING: Pinner bookshop continues with home delivery service after initally stopping

Published on: 7th April 2020   |   By: Amneet Kaur   |   Category: Uncategorized

Bookshop BrOOK’S announced they are still able to continue home delivery service amid fears of having to stop.

This is thanks to their supplier, Gardners, who worked hard to find a way for their team to work safely.

The store can now send a single book direct from the warehouse to people’s houses, in the post, or they can choose to send a gift to anyone in the UK.

All orders need to go via the website and you can email for postage quotes on info@brookspinner.com

They may not be able to source every book but there are 400,000 to choose from, including activity books and education books.

Peter Brook, owner of the store said: “Our supplier had to close its distribution warehouse for a while because it wasn’t safe for staff to work and they weren’t able to social distance properly.

“What they have done now is they have changed the way the operation works slightly. It requires less people to be there and allow them to work safely.”
