A band made of teens from Ruislip wowed the St Albans crowd of thousands at Pub in the Park last month as one of the headline acts.

Previously reported in NorthwoodAndRuislipNews, Angels N’ Bandits consist of six members of four girls and two boys, aged 14 to 17, and are being managed by founders of The Wanted and The Saturdays.

Band members Angel, 15, Ellie, 14, AJ, 16, Asha, 15, Frankie, 17 and Reece, 17 performed at Pub in the Park on September 13, opening up for Scouting for Girls and Brit Award winner, Tom Odell.

Reece, 17, who is currently studying his A Levels at Bishop Ramsey and has previously played for Ruislip Rangers, said: “Pub in the Park was a brilliant end to an amazing summer for the band.”

Frankie, 17, who played rugby for Ruislip Rugby club and football for Wealdstone, said: “It was great to share some of our original music with the St Albans crowd and people loved it.”

The band are now working hard alongside Entertainment One on an upcoming TV show, which will showcase them and their music.

Ellie, 14, who is at Haydon High school, said: “It’s so exciting to be speaking to people like Naughty boy, this year has been incredible.”

Angels N’ Bandits plan to be spending the next few months in the studio with the likes of Naughty Boy, Future Cut and Parker, who have all worked with musicians like Jessie J, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj, Rhianna, Beyoncé, Little Mix, Childish Gambino and many others.
