Chorleywood Bookshop is gearing up for a month of exciting events with special guests.
On Saturday, June 14, visitors to Chorleywood Bookshop will have the chance to meet one of the world’s most famous tigers, the Tiger from The Tiger Who Came to Tea.
Jo Hamilton OBE, campaigner for justice for victims of the British Post Office scandal, will visit Chorleywood Library to discuss her new book, Why Are You Here, Mrs Hamilton?, on Monday, June 16. There will be a live discussion, Q&A session and book signing.
The following day, consultant geriatrician Dr Lucy Pollock will be discussing her new book, The Golden Rule: Lessons in Living from a Doctor of Ageing, at Chorleywood Library.
On Wednesday, June 18, Chorleywood Bookshop will be partnering with The Grove Hotel in Watford for an exclusive literary evening with ‘the queen of cosy crime’, Janice Hallett. This intimate event will begin with a complimentary glass of wine or soft drink on the terrace, a live discussion and Q&A session, and a book signing of her bestseller, The Examiner.
