STAB WOUND: Man stabbed in stomach after music festival in Bushey

Police are appealing for information and witnesses following a grievous bodily harm (GBH) after the Summer of Love music festival in Bushey.

The incident happened on the grounds of the Bushey Metropolitan Sports Club in Aldenham Road at around 10.30pm on Saturday, August 21. Two men were involved in an altercation that became physical.

A man in his thirties sustained a stab wound to his stomach and was taken to hospital. He did not sustain any serious injuries. A second victim sustained a cut to his arm when he went to assist the first victim.

The suspect is described as black, aged between 25 and 30 years old and of an athletic build. He was wearing a black baseball cap and a black tracksuit.

The incident happened shortly after the Summer of Love musical festival which took place in the grounds and so there may be a number of witnesses or people with information that could help officers.
