Three pupils from a Garston school have earned extended contracts with professional football team academies.

Parmiter’s School are proud of Year 7 pupils Max, Daisy and Simeon, who they say are “role models” for other students.

Max has just signed a new two-year contract at Premier League newcomers Luton Town, Daisy will continue at Chelsea after winning Under 12 Player of the Year, and Simeon has had his contract with Watford extended by a further two years.

Tom Clark, director of sport at Parmiter’s, told GarstonNews: “All of us at school are extremely proud of the students’ achievements.

“For Max, Daisy and Simeon to be recognised by leading academies is an honour for the students and one which they all take in their stride.

“They are incredible role models for the other students, demonstrating the importance of hard work and determination to be the best.

“All three of them are outstanding footballers, who, as long as they maintain their hunger, application and desire to achieve, can go on to even bigger success as they develop.

“We are looking forward to supporting their development.”
