Essential maintenance is currently underway at Cassiobury Park’s paddling pools, ensuring efficient operation for the upcoming seasons.
Watford Borough Council (WBC) announced work, which includes replacing antiquated water recirculation tanks. Since their 2017 opening, these pools have become a summer favourite for families.
This maintenance has been scheduled during winter closure to avoid public disruption and make repairs easier. Ustigate Waterplay is overseeing the project, bringing more durable tanks and lifting equipment through the Langley Way entrance, protecting the park’s greenery.
Noise and inconvenience will be kept to a minimum so park users can enjoy this space.
WBC has confirmed the works are due to be completed in late April.
