A group of members of the gym at Bushey Country Club made sure they could carry on training after the club closed last month – by setting up their own spinning studio.
Phil Caplin, one of the people behind the project, praised everyone who helped get Life Cycle Fitness off the ground. The studio hosted its first spinning class recently. Phil praised Dolphina Gymnastics who let Life Cycle Fitness use a room at their headquarters in Watford.
He told BusheyNews he was delighted with how things had gone so far.
Phil commented: “By setting this up, we hope it will try to keep some small part of the community together. This venture would not have been possible without excellent instructors, such as Georgina and James. These are two of the best trainers from our area. By keeping costs low we have been able to offer these classes as low as £5 per class, with no signing on fees and no contracts.”
Life Cycle Fitness is at Dolphina Gymnastic Centre, Unit 2b, Greycaine Road, Watford.
