A road in Abbots Langley was closed this morning following a collision between a lorry and a pedestrian.
Emergency services were called to South Way at 9.25am today (October 17) where a male pedestrian was injured.
He was taken to Watford General Hospital for treatment, it is not known the man’s condition.
The driver of the lorry had left the scene prior to the police’s arrival and enquiries are ongoing to trace them.
The road was closed to allow officers to conduct their initial investigations but has since re-opened.
Police are looking for anyone with a dash cam fitted to your vehicle, to get in touch as you could have captured vital footage.
