A Chalfont St Peter gallery has been selected as one of the nation’s 100 most inspiring small businesses.
Fired Works Glass Art Gallery and Studio was included in the SmallBiz100 line-up created by Small Business Saturday UK, a campaign which celebrates its tenth anniversary this year and aims to encourage customers to support small businesses by shopping locally.
The SmallBiz100 list highlights 100 small businesses and promotes them across social media and in the local and national press.
Fired Works is a fused glass art gallery featuring artwork, keepsakes and other pieces of art handmade by Marie Cavanagh. Marie also runs workshops for children, adults and families to make their own glass work, for which she has received several Trip Advisor Traveller Choice Awards.
Marie said: “Being recognised as one of the nation’s most inspiring small businesses is a huge honour. As a supporter of Small Business Saturday for many years, I am so excited to be a part of this.”
