A man given a hospital order for sexual offences has reportedly handed himself back in after he breached a detention order from a detention centre in Stanmore.
According to reports, Clifford Taylor, who was reportedly given the hospital order in November 2023 for offences including sexual assault, voluntarily attended Northwick Park Hospital A&E in Harrow.
A search was launched for Taylor after he went missing on the morning of Wednesday, January 22.
In a post on X, Redbridge MPS said: “We’re searching for Clifford Taylor, 44, who absconded from a detention centre in Stanmore at 07:50 on January 22.
“Taylor received a hospital order in November for offending, including sexual assault.”
When contacted for comment on Monday, February 3, the Metropolitan Police confirmed that Taylor was no longer wanted.
