Two people have been taken to hospital, one with serious injuries, after a road traffic collision involving two vehicles in South Oxhey.
Police were called at 6.35am today (Tuesday, February 11), following reports of a road traffic collision on Prestwick Road, near the railway station.
Part of the road is reportedly still shut while the vehicles are recovered. Two vehicles were involved, including a 4×4.
Officers attended the scene, alongside colleagues from the ambulance service.
East of England Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 6.54am with reports of a collision in Prestwick Road, South Oxhey.
“We sent two ambulances, a rapid response vehicle and an advanced paramedic practitioner from London Ambulance Service.
“One person was taken to St Mary’s Hospital and a second person was taken to Watford General Hospital for further care.”
