Officers closed Long Chaulden in Hemel Hempstead following a collision yesterday afternoon.
Police were called at 4.20pm yesterday, Thursday October 14, to reports of a collision between a black Range Rover and a pedestrian in Long Chaulden.
The pedestrian, a teenage boy, was taken to hospital by air ambulance.
Road closures were put in place and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
