Published on: 23rd December 2024   |   By: News Desk   |   Category: Uncategorized

A crime charity is offering an award of £20,000 for key information about a shooting that took place in Kings Langley.

At 12.33am on Tuesday, September 17, Mustapha Jatta was found with gunshot injuries in Railway Terrace. He was pronounced dead a short time later.

At around 12.45am, there were reports of a white Volkswagen Golf on fire in Furtherfield, Abbots Langley. It is believed both incidents are linked.

Five people have already been arrested in connection with the murder, but Crimestoppers are offering £20,000 for any information that leads to the conviction of anyone involved in the murder.

The charity, which is independent of police, shared a statement from Mustapha’s father: “[He] is another victim of gun crime. He’s a father, son, loved one, and a friend to many. Mustapha was very family-oriented. He would do what was expected for friends and family and is missed.”

The award is due to expire on March 7, 2025 and you can share information 100 per cent anonymously at www.shorturl.at/JRhLp
