Local issues were discussed as Volunteer Police Cadets from St Albans and North Herts visited the Houses of Parliament recently. The group held a question and answer session with their local MP Bim Afolami on Monday, December 18 and were given a full tour during their visit. The Cadets also visited 10 Downing Street and New Scotland Yard. Sergeant Steve Alison, who leads the St Albans and Harpenden Cadets, said: “It was a really informative day out and a great opportunity for the cadets to talk about local issues. I would like to thank Mr Afolami for hosting us.”
