Officers from West Midlands Police have today (Wednesday) arrested two men as part of the investigation into missing woman Sameena Imam, who was based at Costco’s head office in Watford. Sameena, aged 34, was last seen at her current work address of Costco, Torrington Avenue, Coventry on Christmas Eve. The men, one aged 38 years and from Leicester and one man aged 40 years and from Coventry were both arrested from their home addresses on suspicion of murder. Sameena’s family have been kept up to date with today’s developments. Detective Superintendent Mark Payne is leading the investigation into Sameena’s disappearance. “Sameena has been missing for two weeks and we are extremely concerned for her. Today’s enquiries are part of an extensive investigation into her disappearance. “Sameena has many friends and colleagues, who have been incredibly supportive. We continue to work closely with her family as this investigation progresses.” Police have cordoned off a property in Hughenden Drive, Leicester while a detailed search is conducted. Anyone with information that could assist this investigation is urged to contact West Midlands Police on 101 and ask to speak to Force CID Operation Ceramic.
