Detectives are appealing for witnesses and information as part of continued enquiries into a burglary in Watford.
Sometime between 8.50pm and 9.15pm on Saturday, January 7, a property in Waterman Close was broken into and a search was carried out.
A brown handbag containing cards, cash and keys was stolen from within, before a blue Lexus CT200 was taken from the driveway.
Investigator Kirsty Treanor, from the Local Crime Unit, said: “Our enquiries are continuing at this time and, as part of this, we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.
“Initial investigations have led us to believe that a dark-coloured BMW was in the area at the time of the burglary.
“Did you capture any dash cam or CCTV footage of this vehicle, possibly travelling in convoy with the stolen Lexus? If you have any information at all, please contact us.”
Anyone with information is asked to please email kirsty.treanor@herts.police.uk
