Police officers investigating a sexual assault in Watford have released an image of a person they would like to identify and speak to as part of their enquiries.
It happened near to TGI Fridays on Watford High Street at approximately 5.30pm on Wednesday, January 26.
PC Jessica Tanseli, from the Watford Local Crime Unit, said: “We are looking to identify the person pictured as we believe they were in the area at the time, and may have vital information about this offence.
“If you recognise them, or you have any further information that could assist us, then please get in touch as soon as possible.”
