A visually impaired photographer says she is “so proud” that her work is set to be displayed in Abbots Langley.
The work of Watford-born artist Amanda Ramsay will go on display inside the Henderson Hub from July 19 to 29.
This will be Amanda’s third solo exhibition and will showcase the many beautiful pictures she has taken of both the natural world and of London landmarks.
Speaking to ABBOTSnews, she said: “It really means so much to me to have a gallery as I am a visually impaired person and am really proud of my achievements so far as a photographer.
“I am trying to prove, despite my bad eyesight, that I can still be a great photographer.
“I really want to inspire other people to follow their dreams, even if they do have a disability. If I can, so can anyone else!”
All of the work displayed in the Henderson Hub gallery will be for sale, with large framed photos, A3 framed photos, prints and postcards all available.
