A council-owned Hemel Hempstead site is set to receive a planet-themed transformation as part of a Dacorum Borough Council (DBC) project.
DBC, along with Sunnyside Rural Trust, will be transforming the land off Redbourn Road into a circular garden with paths, seating, wildflower planting and seasonal perennial beds. It will be planet- and space-themed to link with local road names, which include Saturn Way and Jupiter Drive.
Borough councillor Simy Dhyani said: “Our aim is to create a wonderful amenity space for local residents to enjoy the creative and first-of-its-kind, planet-themed landscape in town.”
