A sink hole has opened up at the main entrance to Watford General Hospital.
Security staff were this morning (Monday, August 22) diverting drivers away from the hole, which has been covered over.
It was first seen around 2.30pm yesterday (Sunday, August 21). By 4pm it had grown much larger.
Watford General Hospital has been contacted for a statement.
