The Croxley Revels 2020 has now been cancelled following the Covid-19 Pandemic.
A statement from the Revels Committee reads: “Clearly this was not a course of action we hoped to take, but following the new government measures announced – and in times of such unprecedented uncertainty – this is now our only viable option.
“We very much hope that the situation in the UK will have improved enormously by the end of June. But even if it has, we are not currently able to properly plan for an event attracting circa 8000 visitors. Furthermore, many supporting organisations that support the Revels are currently precluded from volunteering at events.
