Two young males were reported to be riding e-scooters dangerously in Abbots Langley on July 29.
Reports were made to police of two incidents, including one on the High Street and one at School Mead.
Police received reports that said the driving “almost caused three separate road traffic collisions” and “they put pedestrians, motorists, and themselves at serious risk”.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Police said: “If you know who these individuals are, or if you are the parent or guardian of either rider, please contact police on 101 quoting reference HC29072026-0250.”
The police have also circulated the descriptions of the two boys. The first was wearing a light blue top, blue shorts and a black helmet. The second was wearing a black Nike top, black shorts and an orange helmet.
Antisocial behaviour has been recorded as the second-highest type of crime locally since May 2025.
Police have said they tend to see an increase in the summer, with data backing that up, as a fifth of all crime reported to Hertfordshire Police this summer has been antisocial behaviour.
