A Ruislip financial company has made the finals for the Estate Agent of the Year awards (ESTAS).
The competition aims to recognise the best mortgage advisers in London with delighted customers being the main criteria for success.
Each spring and autumn the UK’s top property professionals gather to watch the ESTAS ceremonies, which is the largest and longest running awards in the UK industry.
General Manager of The Mortgage and Insurance Bureau (TMIB) which is based in high street, Ruislip, Kelly McNally has revealed that she is excited and proud to be shortlisted.
She said: “We are excited and proud to have made the shortlist. This competition is purely judged on client’s votes and comments, no fancy submissions or judging panel.
“It’s wonderful to know that our clients and more importantly, our amazing customer service has put us in this position.
“It’s a testimony to the hard work and expertise of our team and we’d like to say a big thank you to the clients who nominated us.”
The company was also shortlisted for the best small mortgage brokers in the UK in the Mortgage Strategy awards in March.
The winners for the ESTAS are to be announced at a gala event on May 10 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
A statement from the organising body said: “The ESTAS are held to help brokers, conveyancers, homebuilders, estate agencies and suppliers gain recognition for the excellent standard of customer service they deliver throughout the year.”
