Textile and mixed media artist Lana Young was the latest person to exhibit her work at the Mosaic Jewish Community (MJC) throughout December.
The group, which is based on Halsbury Close in Stanmore, exhibited Lana’s work between Tuesday, December 3, and New Year’s Eve.
Lana also visited the venue and met with visitors on Sunday, December 8.
Lana specialises in arts and crafts and has achieved City & Guilds level 1 and 2 in Design & Embroidery.
She has also designed 15 Torah mantles for Reform, Liberal and Masorti Synagogues, and two Ark Curtains for United Synagogues, with exhibitions at the Royal Opera House and Hebrew Union College in New York and Cincinnati, among others.
Next to have her work shown at MJC is former Harrow College of Art student and full-time fine art painter Alison Imren.
Alison will be available to meet between 7pm and 9pm on Thursday, February 13, and will have her work shown at MJC between Monday, February 10, and Friday, March 14. To book, call 020 8864 0133.
