Bedmond residents have been left outraged after a photo emerged of vandalism at a local playground.
The incident took place at the playground at Bedmond Sports & Social Club on August 14.
Local resident John Goodbrand took a photograph of the vandalism, which shows large sections of the tarmac surrounding the playground equipment torn up and scattered around.
Posting on social media, he said: “More mindless vandalism by Bedmond School. The culprits were then trying to get on the roof of the social club.”
A spokesperson for Herts Police said: “We are aware of these reports and officers from our Safer Neighbourhood Team are, where possible, increasing patrols in the park in response to this.”
