A man has been charged with possession of Class A and B drugs and possession of a knife in St Albans.
At around 4.30pm on Tuesday, October 9, officers stopped a grey Audi S3 in Elm Drive.
A search of the vehicle was carried out and drugs and a knife were found inside.
Syed Shah, aged 22 of College Lane, Hatfield, has been charged with possession of cocaine and cannabis and possession of a knife. He is due before St Albans Magistrates Court on Friday, November 9.
A 21 year old man from Middlesex, a 20 year old man from Luton and a 22 year old man from Hatfield, were also arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply cannabis.
The 21 year old man from Middlesex and the 20 year old man from Luton were also arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon. They have been released with no further police action.
