An elderly couple have been hospitalised following a serious collision in Abbots Langley.
The vehicle, a turquoise Suzuki Vitara, was travelling west along College Road at 12.50pm on Saturday, August 19, when it left the carriageway at the roundabout junction with Tibbs Hill Road and collided with a wall.
Both the driver, a man in his 80s, and the passenger, a woman in her 90s, suffered serious injuries and were taken to Watford General Hospital for treatment.
PC Joe Massey, from the Road Policing Unit, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.
“If you were travelling in the area at the time and had a dashcam fitted, please check it as you may have some crucial information to assist our enquiries.”
