Abbots Youth FC Under 13 Yellows competes in the West Herts Youth League and plays its home fixtures at Kings Langley School.
The core of the team has been together for several years, and have formed a strong bond both on and off the pitch.
New players have been warmly welcomed and have settled seamlessly into the fold.
During lockdown, they were set a number of virtual training drills to keep them engaged, which they embraced with the hard work and commitment they’ve shown on the pitch throughout the season.
Having led the league table for several months, Abbots Youth achieved their main objective of promotion to Division 3. This has been made possible by the tenacity, commitment and enthusiasm of all the boys who have embraced and enjoyed a positive team spirit.
The club and team believes in acting with honesty, integrity and humility in both victory and defeat.
Abbots youth are looking to further strengthen their squad and will be offering trials over the coming weeks.
