Multi-award-winning estate agency Gibbs Gillespie has added to its series of successes by being named in the top five per cent of agents across the UK.

The company which has 11 offices covering Hertfordshire, Middlesex and Buckinghamshire, has been highlighted in the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards.

The awards are organised by industry experts the Property Academy and supported by property portal giant Rightmove.

The awards founder, Peter Knight of the Property Academy, said: “There are around 15,000 brands and in the region of 25,000 estate agency branches across the country and the Property Academy, together with its Principal Partner Rightmove, has assessed every single one to find and shine a light on the very best.

“We have analysed over three billion data points and carried out 50,000 mystery shops, making this one of the toughest accolades to achieve and Gibbs Gillespie is one of the finalists to be identified for a regional award.

This is a phenomenal achievement which puts Gibbs Gillespie in the top five per cent of agents in the country.”

The agency now goes forward to the finals where it will discover if it has won further regional and national awards.

Paul Gillespie said: “We are always striving to improve what we do and awards such as these are recognition of that.

“It’s particularly pleasing that these awards are based on a lot of research including mystery shopping of our branches and how we look after clients.

“Our appetite to improve and grow our agency is as strong as ever and this is highlighted by the recent opening of our newest office in Amersham last month.”

The awards ceremony takes place on October 12, 2018 at the InterContinental, The O2 – London. TV presenter Gabby Logan will host the event.

Gibbs Gillespie will now be featured in the Best Estate Agents Guide 2018.
