Police were called at around 3.15am on Tuesday, October 28, after a man sustained alleged stab wounds in Reddings Avenue, Bushey.
The victim was taken to hospital and is now recovering from his injuries.
A man who is known to the victim was arrested and charged.
Daniel Aldrich, 42, of Farrington Avenue in Bushey, has been charged with assault (GBH), possession of a knife blade/sharp pointed article in a public place and three counts of possession of an offensive weapon in a private place.
He was due to appear at Hatfield Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Wednesday, October 29).
