The incident occurred at around 2.15am on Monday, October 30, when it is reported that a man attempted to gain entry to a property on Fletcher Way.

PC Jake Smith, from the Local Crime Unit, said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and we are appealing for anyone with information to please come forward.

“We are releasing this image because we believe the individual pictured may have been in the area at the time and could have information to assist our investigation.

“Is this you, or do you recognise this person? Please email me at jake.smith@herts.police.uk if you have any information, no matter how small or insignificant you think it may be.”
