Police are appealing for witnesses and information following several repeated incidents of harassment in South Oxhey.
Between Thursday, August 8, and Monday, August 19, the victim has reported that the front door of their property has been kicked and the doorbell rung before the offender runs away on numerous occasions.
PC Marcus Zost, from Three Rivers Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “These incidents have occurred multiple times and have made the victim feel unsafe in their own home.
“As part of the ongoing investigation I am keen to identify the individual pictured as they were in the area at the material times and may have vital information. Due to the perceived age of the individual, we have obscured their face, but hope that the eye-catching outfit is recognisable.
“If this is you, your friend or your relative or you have any information that could help, please get in contact with me via email at marcus.zost@herts.police.uk.”
You can also report information online, speak to an operator in the Force Communications Room via the online web chat or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting crime reference 41/69258/24.
