A golf day is taking place later this month in aid of a charity that provides advice and aid to carers across the county.
Founded in 1995, Carers in Hertfordshire provides free information and support to those who look after elderly people or those with medical problems, disabilities, or addiction issues.
The event will be held at The Hertsmere golf club on Medburn Lane, Elstree, from 9am to 3pm on Saturday, June 29, with tee off taking place at 10am.
After a small breakfast with tea or coffee, golfers will then set off in groups of four to play 18 holes. There will be prizes for longest drive, nearest the pin and holes-in-one.
Tickets for the day cost £55, with £15 going towards the charity.
