Hemel Hempstead-born winger Sheyi Ojo has joined newly promoted Premier League side Fulham from Liverpool on a season-long loan.
Ojo came through the ranks at MK Dons before joining the Reds in a multi-million pound deal at the age of 14 in 2011.
He made his debut for the Merseyside club in an FA Cup draw against Exeter City in January 2016, before scoring on his debut appearance at Anfield in the replay, winning the match 3-0.
Ojo was also part of the England U20 World Cup winning squad in Korea where the 20-year-old played in five of his nation’s matches, including coming on as a substitute in the final beating Venezuela 1-0.
Tony Khan commented: “I’m delighted to welcome Sheyi Ojo to the Fulham Football Club. I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with Sheyi and his family, and I’ve seen firsthand what a tremendous work ethic Sheyi has both on and off the pitch.
“He possesses fantastic physical talents and also carries himself with poise and class, and I know that he’s going to be a great addition to our squad.”
