Radlett’s Guides have been busy enjoying various adventures over the last few months.
In April, Guides from 1st Radlett enjoyed a historical Kings and Queens day which included a visit to the Tower of London and pizza before going to see the West End show, Six.
Meanwhile, Guides from 2nd Radlett joined the annual Introduction to the Hills event hosted jointly by the County Guides and Scouts in May. The girls enjoyed hillwalking, cycling, climbing and caving in the Peak District.
Many of the girls are now looking forward to joining other members from neighbouring districts for Fiesta 2024 later in the term. The event will bring the Guides together for drumming, dance and yoga workshops, sporting activities, crafts, science, escape rooms and more.
Radlett Girlguiding still have some spaces for girls aged seven and above to join some of their Brownie, Guide and Ranger units. You can register your interest at www.girlguiding.org.uk/information-for-parents/register-a-child
