A St Albans based therapist has stepped up to raise money for a local mental health charity as part of mental health awareness week.
Nadya Giffen, owner of Nadya Giffen Therapies has previously support local charity Mind Mid Herts and decided she wanted to support them further as part of the week which ran from May 10 to May 16.
After seeing the struggle that many faces over lockdown Nadya decided that she could use her skillset to help others.
She said: “Mind Mid Herts are a charity I have supported for quite a long time as my best friend used their services.
“I had been teaching online classes over lockdown and now that is coming to an end, I wanted to do some positive for my clients and students.”
For every aromatherapy massage booked between May 10-June 10 Mind Mid Herts will receive £20 and for every aroma reflexology treatment booked they will receive £15.
