A young girl from Croxley, Shenika Reddy, and her friends Abirame, Juhi and Neevitha are taking part in the Wings of Hope Achievement Award (WOHAA).
They have to manage their own fundraising projects in order to help Wings of Hope charity (which runs WOHAA) raise money and provide free education for underprivileged children in Malawi and India.
The main project for the team is a party planning service, where people can contact them to organise events, or help with certain tasks such as putting up decorations, organising food or making party bags.
Shenika said: “We decided to take part as we strongly believe that the Wings of Hope is a worthy cause to be supporting.
“We would like to raise as much as money and awareness as possible for this cause and help provide underprivileged children with an education.
“It is also an amazing opportunity for us to organise events and meet new people.”
Some teams will also take part in the semi-finals, which will be held in the Houses of Parliament.
The winning team will have the chance to travel to one of these schools in India and meet the children they raised money for.
