A Deeney double ensured a return to winning ways as Watford beat Crystal Palace on their own pitch. The Golden Boys played Crystal Palace yesterday (February 13), finishing with a 2-1 win. Their first victory in three attempts for Watford, who now have 36 points from 26 games played. Quique Sanchez Flores made four changes to his starting line-up, including a first Premier League start for Nordin Amrabat, who replaced the injured Jose Manuel Jurado. Captain Deeney came back in up-front, with Almen Abdi the man to make way.
