Local estate agents Gibbs Gillespie has been recognised for its outstanding customer care by the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry – The ESTAS Customer Service Awards.
The company which was founded by James Gibbs and Paul Gillespie in Ruislip in 1991 adds the shortlisting to its long line of industry award successes.
The ESTAS sponsored by Zoopla honours the best sales and lettings estate agents in the UK based on research carried out among customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received during the home moving process.
This year again saw record entries making the competition the toughest yet and one of the biggest surveys in the UK property industry with 40,000 customers completing one of the online ESTAS surveys.
Paul Gillespie said: “We’re proud to have been selected for the shortlist. It’s testimony to how hard our staff work and their commitment to looking after our clients well.
“We invest heavily in staff training to ensure we’re delivering the best service possible and being recognised by the ESTAS shows we are moving in the right direction and giving clients the levels of care, they deserve.”
The regional and national winners will be announced at the 16th annual ESTAS ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 10th May.
The awards will be presented by TV property expert Phil Spencer.
He said “The ESTAS are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service delivered to customers and I don’t think there can be a greater honour in the industry (or in any industry for that matter) than to receive an award based on that mantra.”
The agency’s sister company The Mortgage and Insurance Bureau has also made the shortlist in the financial category of the ESTAS.
