A developer recently organised a consultation event and survey on plans for 150 new homes in Kings Langley.
The proposal from The Hill Group is for a new neighbourhood on land north of Chipperfield Road, between Kings Langley Secondary School and the A41.
Half of the homes, which will range from one to five bedrooms, would be affordable. The site sits within the green belt but has been designated as grey belt by planning officers.
A community event held at Kings Langley Secondary School on Friday, November 28, gave residents the chance to offer feedback and ask questions of the developers.
A survey was subsequently open until Friday, December 19.
This follows Dacorum Borough Council resolving to grant outline planning approval in August 2025.
The next steps will see The Hill Group engaging on the detailed plans with the parish and borough councils, as well as the community, and submitting a reserved matters application following a full review of the feedback received. Find out more at www.kingslangleyconsultation.co.uk
