A new youth group officially launched in Radlett last month.
At 7pm on Friday, September 27, young people aged 11 to 18 were invited to come along to the first meeting of the Radlett Youth Club at St John’s Church on Gills Hill Lane.
Launched by organising group Phab, the club welcomes teenagers both with and without physical disabilities. It aims to be as accessible as possible, bringing young people together to take part in various activities.
The recent open meeting was not only to see how many young people in the local area would be interested in joining the group, but also for any adult volunteers willing to help with organisation and chaperoning.
It was an informative meeting for all, with free food and refreshments. Hertfordshire Neighbourhood Policing Teams were also on site in support of the initiative.
