Four people have been arrested after an altercation outside Vicarage Road yesterday, February 9.
Two Watford fans were left “covered in blood” and facing hospital treatment after sustaining cuts and bruises to their face.
Police were called to Vicarage Road at 5.10pm on Saturday following Watford’s Premier League match against Everton.
A spokeswoman for Hertfordshire Constabulary said: “Police are investigating following an incident in Vicarage Road, Watford, following a football match on the afternoon of Saturday, February 9. At around 5.10pm, an altercation occurred between a group of men.
“Two men sustained cuts and bruising to their faces and have been taken to hospital for further assessment. Four men have been arrested in connection with the incident and are currently in police custody.”

He tweeted: “Outside Watford loads of police after fighting in-between coaches and railings next to crowd. Two Watford fans on ground covered in blood. Ambulances on scene.”
