There are 175 children who are eligible for free school meals in Pinner, a Freedom of Information Request has revealed.
Data from the 2023 Spring School Census showed that 23 children are entitled at Nower Hill High School; eight children at Pinner High School; nine children at Pinner Park Primary School; 53 children at Pinner Wood School; 10 children at Rooks Heath School; and six children at St John Fisher Catholic Primary School, West Lodge Primary School and Whitefriars School.
A child can qualify for free school meals if their parents receive income support, income-based jobseeker’s allowance, income-related employment and support allowance, Child Tax Credit, Working Tax Credit or Universal Credit, or other support.
Harrow Council has been contacted for comment.
