Chorleywood Residents’ Association are calling for more volunteers to help maintain the Parade flowerbeds. While the flowerbeds continue to flourish, they require constant maintenance and care.
The association appreciates those who have stopped to say how much they like the flowerbeds and to thank the team for all their work. It is, however, a huge commitment for the Chorleywood Residents’ Association and more volunteers are urgently needed.
Weeding is required in the Memorial Garden, in all the eight beds and along the edges, as well as bulb planting, pruning, watering and grass cutting.
If anyone could spare even 30 minutes to join one of the work parties, the team would love to see a few new faces. They have plenty of spare gloves, kneelers, and tools.
If you feel able to help, please contact lisa@chorleywoodresidents.co.uk
The association are striving to make the village an attractive place to visit and to make Chorleywood the best it can be.
