A Chalfont St. Peter man who was five times over the drink drive limit in Piccadilly Circus has been handed a one-year driving ban.
31-year-old Jay Williams was caught by police in London’s Coventry Road on October 14 earlier this year, behind the wheel of a Maserati Levante.
He gave a breath test reading of 177 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millimetres of blood. The legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Mr Williams received a twelve-month ban upon pleading guilty at Westminster Crown Court on October 29.
He was also ordered to carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and to pay £180 worth of costs to the court.
