Police are appealing for the driver of a vehicle involved in a fail-to-stop collision in Rickmansworth to come forward.
The incident occurred in Valley Road, at the junction with Berry Lane, at around 7.40pm on Saturday, June 3.
It was reported that a vehicle and a man on a bike had collided.
The cyclist fell to the floor and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The vehicle did not stop at the scene.
PC Victoria Robinson, who is investigating, said: “Our enquiries are continuing at this time and we are appealing for the driver to come forward.
“I’d also like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have captured dashcam footage. If you have any information at all which may assist us in identifying the driver or vehicle, please get in touch.”
