Market Lates is set to return in Watford for Halloween and it’s shaping up to be downright disturbingly fun.
Watford Market will be full of spooktacular tricks, treats and scarily good street food on Friday October 29.
After the success of the first-ever night market event organised by Watford Borough Council and Market Asset Management in September, locals are invited to eat, drink and be scary at ‘Halloween Market Lates’ event which will be held from 5.30pm to 10pm.
Market visitors will be able to have a fantastic night with live entertainment, fun photo opportunities and your favourite spooky vendors.
The event will include craft beer, a wine bar and the market’s popular food stalls rustling up delicacies to delight your taste buds, including Caribbean, Asian and Korean street food.
Attendees are encouraged to wear a fancy dress so the market can be overcome with ghosts, ghouls and all manner of spooky spirits.
Elected Mayor of Watford, Peter Taylor, said: “After the success of the first event, lots of people have been asking me when will this be happening again and I am thrilled to announce the date of the ‘Halloween Market Lates Special’ on October 29, which is the next in a line of exciting events, laid on by the council and Market Asset Management, for Watford Market.
“We cannot wait to put on this event to give residents an exciting Halloween experience whilst celebrating what our market has to offer.”
Entry is free to ‘Market Lates’ and for more information visit www.watfordmarket.co.uk/events.
