Police arrested two people after finding drugs, a hammer and a substantial amount of cash after stopping a car driving in Hemel Hempstead.
Just before the new year, December 29, officers from Dacorum Police pulled over a car in Hemel Hempstead which ended in a massive drugs bust and two arrests.
After searching the vehicle and finding one bag of white powder and cannabis, officers carried out further searches and found 29 packets of white powder, more cannabis, a hammer and cash.
After arresting both the driver and passenger on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs, officers then arrested them again on suspicion of theft of the vehicle after finding out it didn’t belong to the driver.
The driver also didn’t have a driving licence or insurance.
Dacorum officers are committed to keeping the area safe.
