A Chalfont St Peter man who was found guilty of driving under the influence has received a driving suspension.
James Jeffs, 48, of School Lane, was found to be driving while intoxicated on September 2, 2021, and was given a 40-month driving ban.
Jeffs had 165 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine when he was stopped on Denham Lane driving a Volkswagen. The legal limit is 107 milligrammes.
He pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence on August 5 during a hearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court.
Additionally, Jeffs was ordered to carry out 175 hours of unpaid labour within a 12-month period and pay £180 in fees.
